Our shipping partner Sendle specialises in door-to-door delivery, meaning that as a general rule we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please let us know by emailing hello@tinyhearts.co if you require delivery to your PO box and we will sort out an alternative shipping method. All orders placed before Tuesday 12pm are sent on Wednesday. If your order is urgent, please email through to hello@tinyhearts.co, and we will try and work with you to get your order to you earlier.
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-7 business days. If our shipping partner Sendle cannot deliver your parcel, they will be in contact to arrange a redelivery. If you do not arrange to have your item redelivered within five days and it returns to our head office you will be charged postage again.
