For the majority of orders, your package will be delivered by our shipping partner Sendle, who specialises in door-to-door delivery. If you have a PO Box or live in a regional area, your order will be shipped by Australia Post.
All orders placed before Tuesday 12 pm are sent on Wednesday. If your order is urgent, please email through to hello@tinyhearts.co, and we will try and work with you to get your order to you earlier.
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-7 business days. If our shipping partner Sendle cannot deliver your parcel, they will be in contact to arrange a redelivery. If you do not arrange to have your item redelivered within five days and it returns to our head office you will be charged postage again.
